1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Six77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Six77 — whether through the website, mobile browser or application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. Where a specific promotion or bonus carries its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before making a new deposit or claiming a bonus.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Six77, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to a voluntary exclusion agreement that covers Six77.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by Six77 for a breach of these Terms.

Six77 does not knowingly allow access to minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account is held by or used on behalf of a person under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, conduct a verification review, and return any relevant balance in line with our findings. We may request identity documents at any point to verify age and identity.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on Six77. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or another person's details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms. Six77 may conduct identity verification at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Six77 support immediately. Six77 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Six77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account or close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, abuse of promotions, or patterns of play that suggest breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Six77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your Six77 balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Typical processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are near-instant; bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution. Six77 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, in line with standard anti-fraud practice. Withdrawals require identity verification to have been completed. Six77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing timeline.

• Minimum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown at the time of withdrawal request.
• Six77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.
• Six77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must come from an account or wallet registered in your own name.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Six77 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football, Esports and other sports. Bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, unless a bet is placed in error due to a manifest technical fault or obvious pricing error, in which case Six77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• For Cricket markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent) is used to settle bets. In the event a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, specific rules for that market type will determine settlement — these are displayed in the market rules section.
• Live in-play bets on cricket are subject to a short delay to prevent abuse of information asymmetry. Six77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Six77 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where irregular patterns, arbitrage betting or abuse of pricing errors is suspected.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Six77 balance automatically following official result confirmation.

6 Casino and Slot Games

Six77 offers a range of casino products including slots, live casino tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game show formats), bingo and a full game lobby. The following rules apply across all casino and game products:

• All casino games operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, are streamed from professional live dealer studios.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. Disputes about individual game outcomes must be raised with Six77 support within 7 days of the relevant session.
• Slot games may have minimum and maximum bet limits that differ from the sports betting section. These are displayed within each game interface.
• Live casino availability is subject to studio operating hours. Not all live tables are available 24 hours a day.
• Six77 reserves the right to remove or replace any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.
• Certain bonus offers may exclude specific games or game categories from wagering contributions. This is specified in the relevant bonus terms.

Bingo operates on a session-based format with scheduled draws. Room details, ticket prices in PKR, and prize structures are displayed within the Bingo section before you purchase tickets. Bingo tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once the session has started.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Six77 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback and cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are tracked separately from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x the bonus amount) and are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Free bets must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired free bets are forfeited automatically.
• Six77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any wagering already completed under that promotion will be assessed fairly at Six77's discretion.
• Bonuses obtained through misuse, abuse of promotional terms, or in conjunction with duplicate accounts will be voided. Any winnings generated through such activity may be forfeited.
• Six77 may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from free bet or no-deposit bonus offers. These limits are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

Six77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adults. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment with a pre-set budget — not as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Six77 account holders:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders — Set reminders at chosen intervals to prompt you to review how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a cooling-off period or a longer self-exclusion from the platform. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Six77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Irregular betting patterns, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of pricing errors, arbitrage activity or use of automated betting software.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional offers, including multi-accounting or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Six77 support.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity on the account.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of terms, any real-money balance remaining will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any required verification. Bonus balances are forfeited at closure unless stated otherwise.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting Six77 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded following identity verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Six77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data feeds and branding — is the property of Six77 or its licensed content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of the Six77 platform in any form without prior written consent from Six77.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Six77 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, scraping of odds data, systematic downloading of game content, or any automated access to the platform.

11 Privacy and Data

Six77 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as set out in that policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data we collect, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

Six77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only as necessary for payment processing, identity verification and platform operations, or where required by applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

Six77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted, Six77's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time of any claim. Six77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting decisions made on the platform.

Six77 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure, from internet connectivity issues on your side, or from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where you are not permitted to do so.

13 Changes to These Terms

Six77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change is particularly significant, we may notify registered players via the contact details on their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Six77 platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any real-money balance.
